Red meat often gets a bad rap but it can actually help you out if you eat when you are stressed. This is due to the high levels of think, iron and be vitamins all of which can help elevate your mood. Only eat lean cuts for better health.

Milk is a great thing to drink first thing in the morning and especially if you have it along with a whole wheat cereal. It’s loaded with antioxidants and vitamins as well as calcium, protein and the vitamins B12 and B2. These help promote healthy cell generation as well as strengthen your bonds all things that can help your body deal with the daily stress it will encounter. Of course, skim milk is vast and if you’re not a milk drinker try cottage cheese as this can be an excellent choice especially when paired with fruit.

We’ll that’s great if you’re stressed because almonds can help fight free radicals as they are loaded with vitamins he see in B2 as well as zinc and magnesium all great choices to help your body fight stress as well as boost your immune system and fight diseases such as heart disease and cancer.
