Water has a huge effect on the health of the skin as a well hydrated body has younger looking and more pumped up skin. It also helps to move the toxins out of your body and is a major contributor to your overall health. Drinking water that is not contaminated with toxins is best in the current way of thinking is that drinking distilled water is pretty much the only way to guarantee that you're not getting something you don't want in your water.
